Your Agreement with Ericall Telecom

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Ericall Telecom services, mobile applications, websites, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Overview of Services

Ericall Telecom offers VoIP communication services, including but not limited to:

  • International voice calling
  • VoIP app-based calling (iOS, Android, Web)
  • Business SIP trunking
  • Rate lookup APIs and billing APIs
  • Mobile recharge/top-up

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Payments & Top-Ups

  • All payments and top-ups are processed via secure third-party gateways such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
  • Rates for calling may vary and are subject to change. Always refer to our app or website for the latest prices.
  • No refunds will be issued for consumed or used credit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

  • Making fraudulent or spam calls
  • Abusing promotional credits
  • Disrupting service for other users
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations

7. Emergency Calling

Ericall’s VoIP services are not intended to support emergency calling (e.g., 911, 112). Please use your standard mobile or landline service for emergency communications.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Some third parties may access data only to provide necessary services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse services, or engage in prohibited activity. Your access will be revoked without prior notice in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through our services, or CAD $100 if no purchase was made.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute, please contact us first to try to resolve it amicably. Disputes shall be governed under the laws of Alberta, Canada.

12. Modifications

Ericall Telecom reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our platform.
