Terms of Service

Ericall Telecom VoIP Communication Services Corporation

Ericall Telecom is a Canadian international calling service operated by Ericall Telecom VoIP Communication Services Corporation, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ericall Telecom mobile application and all related services. We have written them to be clear and straightforward. Please take a few minutes to read them they explain your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.

By using Ericall Telecom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If any part of them does not apply to you or you do not agree, please do not use the service.

WHAT ERICALL TELECOM OFFERS

Ericall Telecom is a prepaid international calling application for mobile devices. Using the app, you can make outgoing calls to international destinations, manage your account balance, transfer credits to other users, and top up your account using a payment card, PayPal, or an authorized recharge voucher.

  • International outgoing calls - your original phone number appears to the recipient
  • Account balance management and payment history
  • Calling Rate tab - view current per-minute rates for any destination before you call
  • Recharge - top up using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or an authorized Voucher/PIN code
  • Transfers - send calling credit to another registered Ericall Telecom user
  • Refer & Earn - earn calling credit by referring friends who register and use the service What Ericall Telecom does not provide

IMPORTANT: This service does not support incoming calls, local Canadian calling, or emergency services. It cannot be used to call 911 or any other emergency number. Please always keep an alternative means of emergency communication available.


CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT

To use Ericall Telecom you need to create an account using a valid mobile phone number. We will send a one-time verification code by SMS to confirm your number. You must also add a valid email address to your profile this is required so that payments you make can be automatically matched to your account.


Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with anyone
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access to info@ericalltelecom.com immediately
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register

Note: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account with others is not permitted and may result in suspension.


PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Currency

Ericall Telecom is a Canadian business and all charges are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For your convenience, the app also shows approximate equivalent amounts in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Euros (EUR), calculated using live exchange rates. These figures are for reference only the CAD amount is always the definitive charge to your account.

Example: a plan displayed as $3.58 USD approximately equal to C$4.99 CAD will always be charged at C$4.99. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate if your card is in a different currency.

Calling rates

All calls are billed per minute. Rates depend on the destination country and may be updated at any time. Before placing a call, we strongly encourage you to check the current rate in the Calling Rate tab of the app. Ericall Telecom is not responsible for charges based on assumed or outdated rates.

How payments work

Payments are accepted by credit or debit card through Stripe, and by PayPal. Your registered email address is used by our payment processors to identify your account and automatically apply the credit you purchase. Please ensure your email is correctly entered in your profile before making a payment.

Your prepaid balance

  • Credits are deducted in real time as you make calls
  • You will receive a low balance alert by email and in-app notification
  • Detailed call and payment history is available in the app

Refunds

We understand that circumstances change, and we handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Credits that have been partially used are generally not eligible for a full refund
  • Promotional credits and referral bonuses are non-refundable
  • If a service disruption on our side caused the issue, we will provide account credits
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
  • Original payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

To request a refund, email info@ericalltelecom.com with your registered phone number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

RECHARGE VOUCHERS AND PIN CODES

Authorized Ericall Telecom vouchers and PIN codes can be redeemed in the Recharge section of the app to add credit to your account.

Security - failed attempts

To protect our users against unauthorized voucher use, the following policy applies:

  • Three consecutive incorrect voucher or PIN entries will temporarily disable voucher redemption on your account for 6 hours
  • You can still make calls and top up by card or PayPal during this period
  • To have the restriction lifted before the 6 hours expire, contact our sales team at the email address shown in the app

IMPORTANT: Repeated or deliberate abuse of the voucher system is treated as fraud. Accounts found to be involved in unauthorized voucher redemption attempts may be permanently suspended without notice.

TRANSFERRING CREDIT

The Transfers feature allows you to send calling credit from your account to another registered Ericall Telecom user by entering their registered phone number.

  • Always double-check the recipient number before confirming transfers cannot be reversed
  • Ericall Telecom is not liable for transfers sent to an incorrect number
  • Credits may not be transferred for the purpose of reselling or commercial redistribution

If you believe a transfer was made in error, contact us promptly. While we cannot guarantee recovery, we will do our best to assist.

REFER AND EARN

When you refer someone to Ericall Telecom and they successfully register and use the service, you earn calling credit as a thank-you. The bonus amount is shown in the app and may change from time to time.

  • Referral credits are applied to your account after the referred user completes a qualifying action
  • Creating duplicate or fake accounts to generate referral credits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all credits earned
  • Ericall Telecom reserves the right to change or discontinue the referral program at any time

ACCEPTABLE USE

Ericall Telecom is intended for legitimate personal and business communication. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Making unsolicited calls, spam calls, robocalling, or telemarketing without consent
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other parties
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise our systems
  • Reselling or redistributing credits or services without written authorization
  • Attempting to contact emergency services through this app

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, forfeiture of remaining credits, and cooperation with law enforcement where required.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY

We work hard to keep Ericall Telecom reliable and available. However, as an internet-based service, call quality and availability depend on factors including your internet connection, the networks of our international routing partners, and destination country infrastructure.

We will notify you by email and in-app notification of any planned maintenance that may affect service. Unplanned outages may occur and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where service disruptions are caused by us, we will provide appropriate account credits.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Ericall Telecom name, logo, mobile application, and all related content are the property of Ericall Telecom VoIP Communication Services Corporation. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and services for communication purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our software or brand.

PRIVACY

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in full in our Privacy Policy, available at www.ericalltelecom.com/privacy. We never sell your personal information. Your data is stored primarily in secure Canadian facilities.

EMERGENCY SERVICES IMPORTANT WARNING

CRITICAL: Ericall Telecom cannot be used to call 911 or any other emergency service. This is an outgoing international calling service only. If you need to contact emergency services, use your regular mobile phone or landline. Ericall Telecom accepts no liability for any inability to reach emergency services through this app.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We provide Ericall Telecom services in good faith and to the best of our ability. However, our liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business disruption, or events outside our reasonable control.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Ericall Telecom VoIP Communication Services Corporation is registered with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction when using our services.

CLOSING OR SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may close your account at any time by emailing info@ericalltelecom.com. Unused credits will be reviewed for refund eligibility under our refund policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or in the event we discontinue the service, in which case we will provide 30 days notice where possible.

RESOLVING DISPUTES

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us first at info@ericalltelecom.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter directly and promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of British Columbia.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. We will notify you of any significant changes by email and in-app notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
